This is intended for contact tracing purposes - any player who is not rostered for a league, must sign up for this list.
From there, anytime you want to play, either you the player or the team captain must simply send a notification email to the league director - admin@coreultimate.org - stating 'I (or your name) will be playing with X Team on X day', no further waiver or information will need to be added, as this registration includes all the necessary contact info.
